You may return or exchange an item within 30 days from your purchase date (if not stated otherwise). You need to notify us via email of your intention to return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the goods.

All items returned must be unused, unworn and in their original condition. All original tags must be attached and special packaging like gift boxes and dust bags included when returning an item. All goods need to be packed carefully and safely for return and we recommend using a trackable service.

Before shipping, LEOPHiL checks all goods carefully. Returns that are damaged, show signs of wear or do not include the original tags, dust bags or gift boxes will not be accepted and we reserve the right to send these items back at the customer’s expense.

how to exchange

We are only able to exchange an item to another size or colour. To exchange to another item or style, you need to return the received item, make a new purchase and we will refund you for the returned item. To exchange an item, send us an email to with your query to enable us to put your desired size or colour on hold.

faulty & incorrect items

We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest quality. If you have received a product with a defect, please contact us immediately after receiving the item at, including a brief description and 1-2 pictures showing the fault.

If you should have received an incorrect item, please email us to

LEOPHIL will pay for the costs for exchanging a product with a recognised fault and incorrect sent items.



Upon receipt of your returned or exchanged item, we will check your return and if accepted,  process your refund within two business days. Your refund will be credited towards your original payment method - your credit card or debit card, PayPal account or store credit. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days to show up in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time. Unfortunately we are unable to influence or speed up these processing times, so please be patient.

If you use a gift voucher to make a purchase in our store, you will be issued with a store credit.
