RETURNS
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return an item within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order. Please lodge a return request with us to receive your return label (only available in Australia) and instruction on how to lodge your return by sending your request to return@leophil.com
Your 14 days window to post your goods back to us starts at the date of delivery.
All items returned must be unused, unworn and in their original new condition with all tags attached, including their packaging. Please pack all goods carefully and safely for the return.
We reserve the right to reject any items returned to us that do not comply with our Returns Policy and may return the item to the sender.
Full-priced items are eligible for a refund or a store credit. Any refund will be credited towards the original payment method (minus the shipping costs if applicable).
All returns within Australia can be made with our returns labels for a flat rate of A$10 (ten). The amount will be deducted from your refund or credit note. The costs for returning an item from all other countries are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS OF ITEMS WITH A PROMOTIONAL CODE AND SALE ITEMS
Products that are purchased with a promotional code will attract the same rules as full price items. For any return of marked down items, customers are only eligible for a store credit unless the item is marked as “ FINAL SALE”. Final Sale items are excluded from being returned or exchanged.
EXCHANGES
We offer one free size exchange for all Australian orders if you find your item is not right. You will need to lodge your exchange request with us and let us know what size you would like to exchange to. We will arrange for shipping of the new item as soon as your return is scanned and lodged by the carrier. If the size of your choice is no longer available, we will issue a refund or credit note. We are unable to hold items for an extended period, so please lodge your return item as quickly as possible.
We are not able to exchange to a different colour or style. If you wish to exchange to another colour or style, we recommend you return your product and place a new order.
We are unable to exchange any International orders at the moment. Please follow the instructions for returning an item and purchase your desired size, colour or style through a new order. We recommend requesting a store credit and use it to purchase the new item to avoid additional credit card fees.
