DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Complimentary standard shipping on all orders over A$500 
Express: $15 (1-2 business days)
Orders under $500: $10 ( 2-6 business days)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Complimentary standard shipping on all orders over A$800
Orders under $800: $35

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business day, however some items in your order may be ‘made-to-order’ which will require an additional processing time of 2-4 days.

During sale and promotional periods there may be an additional processing time of up to 3 business days for in stock items. Please contact our online customer care team if you have any questions about your order and we will be more than happy to provide an update. LEOPHIL studio is located in Melbourne, Australia. All orders are shipped from our studio location.

 

CARRIER

All our parcels are sent through our shipping partners Sendle or Australia Post - offering you 100% carbon neutral shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International deliveries may be subject to additional taxes and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer. Please make yourself familiar with your local import laws, restrictions and any country specific taxes, duties or tax free thresholds.

DELIVERIES

You will receive an email notification as soon as your package is on the way including your tracking number. All domestic parcels need a signature on delivery so please provide us with a street address where someone is in attendance to sign for. If a parcel is returned due to several unsuccessful delivery attempts, the costs for re-delivery may be charged towards you.

Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they are lodged and dispatched.

We are unable to send to any P.O. boxes or Parcel Lockers, this includes post offices, locked bags or parcel collect locations. 

To manage over production, some of our products are made-to-order. Please allow 2-4 additional days to fulfil your order. All orders are processed from Monday to Friday during business hours (9am -5pm). Public holidays, special events and promotions may result in longer processing times.

Payments must be received in full for any order to be accepted and shipped.
