Complimentary standard shipping on all domestic orders over A$500 
Complimentary standard shipping on all international orders over A$1000.

For all other orders we offer the following options:

Domestic standard orders under $500: $10 ( 2-6 business days)
Domestic express: $15 (1-2 business days)
International standard orders under $1’000: $35

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day, however some items in your order may be ‘made-to-order’ which will require an additional processing time of 2-4 days.

During sale and promotional periods there may be an additional processing time of up to 3 business days. Please contact our online customer care team if you have any questions about your order and we will be more than happy to provide an update. Leophil studio is located in Melbourne, Australia. All orders are shipped from our studio location.

 

CARRIER

All our parcels are sent through our shipping partners Sendle or Australia Post - offering you 100% carbon neutral shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International deliveries may be subject to additional taxes and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer. Please make yourself familiar with your local import laws, restrictions and any country specific taxes, duties or tax free thresholds.

DELIVERIES

You will receive an email notification as soon as your package is on the way including your tracking number. Our parcels need a signature on delivery so please provide us with a street address where someone is in attendance to sign for. If a parcel is returned due to several unsuccessful delivery attempts, the costs for re-delivery can be charged towards you.

Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they are dispatched.

We are unable to send to any P.O. boxes or Parcel Lockers, this includes post offices, locked bags or parcel collect locations. 

To manage over production, some of our products are made-to-order. Please allow 2-4 additional days to fulfil your order. All orders are processed from Monday to Friday during business hours (9am -5pm). Public holidays, special events and promotions may result in longer processing times.

Payments must be received in full for any order to be accepted and shipped.


PRE ORDER ITEMS

From time to time, we offer new season pieces as pre-sale items. Quantities might be limited and stock might sell out during the pre-sale period. If you want to be notified about those products and specials, we recommend you sign up to our newsletter. These items will be produced after the set cut-off date and delivered at the specified date. You will be able to see if an item is ‘pre-sale’ and all relevant information in the product description. For all 'pre-sale' orders, the same return and exchange conditions will apply as for 'in stock' items.
