Same day courier — $14 (Sydney metro area only - order must be placed before 11am)
Regular Post — $10 flat rate (Australia Post, 2-4 business days)
Express courier — $16 flat rate (DHL domestic, 1-2 business days)
Please note that some rural areas in Australia may attract an increased shipping time.
You will receive an email notification as soon as your package is on the way including your tracking number. All parcels need a signature on delivery so please provide us with an address where someone is in attendance to sign for. If there is an unsuccessful delivery attempt due to no one being in attendance, the costs for re-delivery will be charged towards you.
We cannot be made responsible for any lost parcels if you decide to opt out of the ‘signature on delivery’ service or if you provide us with an incorrect address. Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.
New Zealand — $15 (approx. 3 business days)
Hong Kong, China, South Korea, Japan — $25 (approx. 8 business days)
USA & Canada — $25 (approx. 5 - 6+ business days)
Europe — $30 (approx. 6 - 8 business days)
Rest of the world — $65 (DHL Express 2-3 days)
DHL Express worldwide — $65 (2-3 days)
We work with DHL ecommerce and DHL express for all our International deliveries. Both services request signature on delivery. You MUST provide us with an address where someone will be in attendance to sign for the parcel; no shipping to P.O. Boxes.
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number.
Please make sure you provide us with the correct shipping address. We do not take responsibility for any goods shipped to an incorrectly provided address. Any additional costs arising from an unsuccessful attempt to deliver your parcel due to such an error will be charged towards the customer.
International deliveries may be subject to additional taxes and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 days of placement except for pre-orders or restock items. All orders are processed from Monday to Friday during business hours (9am -6pm) and after we have received full payment. Public holidays, special events and promotions may result in longer processing times.
Payments must be received in full for any order to be accepted and shipped. In some cases we first have to verify the card details with your card provider. This is an added safety measure for your own protection. While we do everything within our power to ensure your order is dispatched and delivered on time, LEOPHIL cannot be held responsible for any late delivery or loss of orders due to circumstances beyond our control.

You may reserve an item before anyone else with a 100% deposit which you will be charged at checkout. LEOPHIL customer care will keep in contact regarding your pre-order. Once you place your order you will get regular updates regarding delivery.

Please note that our return and exchange policy also applies for pre-order items. For pre-order items, refunds will only be made in the form of a store credit.
However, should you decide to cancel your pre-order, a $15 processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
