LEOPHIL studio is located in Melbourne, Australia. We currently offer complimentary regular shipping on all orders.
domestic shipping
All our parcels are sent by regular post using either Sendle or Australia Post - offering you 100% carbon neutral shipping.
Delivery times depend on your location but are usually between 1-3 days to metro areas and up to 6+ days for remote areas.
international shipping
We currently ship to over 60 countries around the world, offering you a regular freight service with either Sendle or Australia Post as our main couriers.
International deliveries may be subject to additional taxes and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Estimated delivery times: North America/Western Europe/Asia and the Pacific 10-28 working days; rest of the world 14-30 working days.

all deliveries
You will receive an email notification as soon as your package is on the way including your tracking number. Our parcels need a signature on delivery so please provide us with an address where someone is in attendance to sign for. If a parcel is returned due to several unsuccessful delivery attempts, the costs for re-delivery can be charged towards you.
Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.
To curb over production, some of our products are made to order. Please allow 3-4 additional days to fulfil your order. All orders are processed from Monday to Friday during business hours (9am -5pm). Public holidays, special events and promotions may result in longer processing times.
Payments must be received in full for any order to be accepted and shipped. In some cases we first have to verify the card details with your card provider. This is an added safety measure for your own protection. While we do everything within our power to ensure your order is dispatched and delivered on time, LEOPHIL cannot be held responsible for any late delivery or loss of orders due to circumstances beyond our control.

pre order items
New season pieces are sometimes offered as pre-sale items in a limited quantity. If you want to be notified about those products and specials, we recommend you sign up to our newsletter. These pieces will be produced after the set cut-off date and delivered at the specified date. You can find this information in the product description. The same return and exchange conditions will apply as for in stock items.
